This three lecture series will cover various aspects of interior freedom, peace and joy. They are open to the entire PA community (including current families, alumni, parents of alumni and other friends of the school) and will be held in the Upper School Lecture Hall. Sister is a wise and dynamic speaker; these are sure to be uplifting and insightful afternoons!
Sr. Amelia is a member of the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia (Nashville, TN) and serves with our school’s Spiritual Formation Team. She has taught grades 6-12 Religion, Spanish, and History. Sister loves helping students to grapple intelligently with the questions of our day through the use of Moral Theology and Catholic Social Teaching. She holds a BA in International Affairs and Global Health from The George Washington University in DC; an MA in Thomistic Studies from the Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception in DC; and teaching credentials from Aquinas College in Nashville.
