Many companies offer a corporate match for gifts their employees make to a nonprofit organization such as Providence Academy. Companies may also offer this matching opportunity to spouses. In addition, some companies provide a more robust matching gift for employees who are company executives, have worked at the same company for an extended period of time, or who serve on the board of a charitable organization.

By filing some simple paperwork with your company’s employee benefits department, your Annual Fund gift to Providence Academy may be doubled – or even tripled – with no additional cost to you. Gifts that
are matched by employers do not increase your charitable deduction for tax purposes, but they do count toward your total annual giving and will be recognized as such in the Academy’s Annual Report.
